DocuSign eSignature service supplier and subprocessor list

DocuSign uses certain subprocessors to support the delivery of the DocuSign eSignature service.

Infrastructure suppliers

The DocuSign eSignature service relies upon certain infrastructure suppliers to support the delivery of such service. DocuSign eSignature customers may choose from an available list of countries where their account is provisioned, but the choice must be selected in advance and can only be established at the time a customer’s instance is initially provisioned.

Notice regarding other ID verification partners

In addition to the above ID verification subprocessors, DocuSign integrates with a number of other ID verification partners to enable the DocuSign Identify solution. In contrast to the ID verification subprocessors noted above, these additional ID verification partner integrations involve no transfer of personal data from DocuSign to the partner.
