Protecting our customers’ data privacy continues to be a top priority for DocuSign. As new technologies collect increasing amounts of personal data, DocuSign understands the importance of protecting the critical business and personal information entrusted to the DocuSign service. We’re also committed to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance and have bolstered our already-strong data protection practices by evaluating and updating our company privacy policies and practices. In addition, DocuSign has received approval for its application for Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs), widely considered the gold standard for data protection.​
