  • On Saturday, September 11th, 2021 at 10pm CDT the DocuSign CLM Technology Team will be changing all customer facing IP addresses for the NA11 PRODUCTION environment.

    As part of this change we will be migrating the NA11 Production environment over to DocuSign’s core backbone for internet access on September 11th between 10pm and midnight. During this period there will be a brief window of inaccessibility to NA11 Production lasting for about 3-5mins. The change involves updating all customer facing IP addresses for Production from 69.25.244.0/24 to 209.112.106.0/24.

  • The DocuSign CLM and CLM.CM August 21.7 Product Release will be deployed to the UAT environment on Thursday, September 2, 2021 between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM, US Central Time. We do not anticipate any impact to platform availability or access during this time.

    Announcements for this upcoming release can be found on the DocuSign Support Center. Please continue to check the Support Center for enhancements and fixes that will be posted before UAT deployment.

  • On Friday, August 20th, 2021 at 10pm CDT the DocuSign CLM Technology Team will be changing all customer facing IP addresses for the NA11 UAT environment from 69.25.244.0/24 to 209.112.106.0/24.

    On Saturday, September 11th 2021 at 10pm CDT the same change will take place for the NA11 Production environment. 

    Customers on these instances who are currently allowlisting 69.25.244.0/24 are advised that they will need to work with their IT teams to update their IP allowlisting settings to allow the new range (209.112.106.0/24) or they may encounter issues accessing their environments on the respective dates.

  • The DocuSign CLM and CLM.CM August 21.6 Product Release will be deployed to the EU11, EU21 Production environments on Friday, August 6, 2021 between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM, U.S Central Time, and to the NA11, NA21, US11, US12 Production environments between 9:00 PM and Midnight, US Central Time. We do not anticipate any impact to platform availability or access during this time.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and will be posting a Root Cause Analysis to this site within 48 hours.

    [UPDATED June 22, 2021 09:50 CDT] The DocuSign CLM Technology team has isolated the performance degradation issue on the UAT/Demo instances.  While performance has increased substantially from when this incident first occurred, some customers may still experience some latency when accessing the UAT/Demo environment.

  • [ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS]

    Description  Intermittent Failures Accessing CLM NA11 Services
    Timeframe 18:24 UTC June 15, 2021 to 14:57 UTC June 17, 2021
    Impact Customers in CLM NA11 experienced intermittent failures accessing the system.
    Cause Upstream ISP provider experienced multiple DDoS events, impacting network operation.
    Resolution ISP provider implemented additional defenses to mitigate current and future DDoS events. ISP will continue to monitor for future DDoS events and mitigate them.
    Next Steps CLM will re-evaluate their upstream provider’s services. Additionally, CLM will implement new services and systems that will improve reliability, stability, and security.
