SANDBOX ACCOUNT PLANS

The prices, features, and options available for a Sandbox Account depend on the Sandbox Account plan You select. DocuSign may add or change the prices, features or options available with a Sandbox Account plan without notice.  

Developer Sandbox Accounts are subject to the following restrictions: (i)You may register up to one (1) Authorized User; (ii) You may send up to 1,000 envelopes per month; (iii) DocuSign will retain Sandbox Account metadata for up to 30 calendar days; (iv) each of Your registered Authorized User is allowed to store up to 50MB; (v) each transaction will not exceed 0.5MB; and, (vi) You may make up to 1,000 API calls per hour. An “Envelope” is defined as an electronic record containing one or more eDocuments consisting of a single page or group of pages of data used in conjunction with DocuSign Signature. An “eDocument” refers to a contract, notice, disclosure or other record or document used in conjunction with DocuSign Signature.

QA Sandbox Accounts are subject to the following restrictions: (i) the number of Authorized Users You may register is equivalent to the number of seats You have purchased for DocuSign Signature; (ii) You may send up to 1,000 envelopes per month or up to three times (3X) Your monthly average based upon Your envelope purchases in DocuSign Signature, whichever is greater; (iii) DocuSign will retain Sandbox Account metadata for up to 30 calendar days; (iv) each of Your registered Authorized Users is allowed to store up to 50MB (pooled at the Sandbox Account level); (v) each transaction will not exceed 0.5MB; and, (vi) You may make up to 1,000 API calls per hour.

The use of the DocuSign Gen service and/or the DocuSign Negotiate service are subject to the following additional restrictions: You may generate and/or negotiate up to 1,000 transactions per month.
