The team
Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. Our team partners with some of the largest,most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line.


This position
DocuSign is looking for a highly motivated individual to drive, design and accelerate the growth of DocuSign’s Latam Partner community specifically SAP & Resellers. This is a central role that will have the ability to impact and determine DocuSign’s continued growth & success in Latam over the coming years.
This position is an individual contributor reporting to Partner Account Director and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

  • Provide partner management to our ISV Partners in LATAM
  • Ensure that our key partners are developing the Sales, Pre-Sales, and delivery capabilities in line with DocuSign’s LATAM strategy.
  • Develop and Execute jointly agreed GTM and Business Plans which include: demand generation activities, training/education and development of joint offerings to deliver against revenue, certification and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Work with LATAM Partners and DocuSign Account Executives & Sales Leadership to provide alignment and clarity for opportunity generation and the delivery of customer implementations to deliver incremental revenue.
  • Ensure the LATAM partner community clearly understands the business value that DocuSign will bring to clients
  • Ensure the LATAM partner community understands how DocuSign technologies and solutions fits into a their product cloud offerings and packages

Basic qualifications

  • Have a technical understanding / experience of signature and digital transactions with EU specific knowledge
  • Business, Economy, Administration or Computer Science degree
  • Fluency in English - Spanish desired
  • Ability to travel across LATAM to meet with partner on regular basis

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with both regional and local partners in LATAM with technology and business angles, to be able to educate partners and work alongside their consultants / presales and sales team
  • Experience in having worked with partners is an advantage
  • Experience or deep understanding of both direct and indirect selling, co-selling and selling through models
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver significant revenue and growth through strategic partnerships
  • Proven record of building relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to influence functional groups with shared visions, strategies, case studies, data and storytelling
  • Deep understanding of the business SaaS market with demonstrable experience in delivering differentiated initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to build business cases to drive initiatives that deliver significant market growth
