The team
Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. Our team’s partner with some of the largest most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line.
This position
The Sales Program team at DocuSign is hiring a Content Delivery Analyst to focus on educating and equipping sales teams to implement content creation and management best practices relating to outbound prospecting messaging. In this role, you will be responsible for building, delivering and maintaining learning materials including trainings, videos, and instructional guides. You’re an ideal candidate if you’re proactive, communicative, detail oriented and have a passion for helping teams optimize and scale.
To be successful, you will need to proactively identify challenges to learning and adoption, recognize patterns and make recommendations that will empower sales teams to build effective outbound prospecting content and repeatable processes.
This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Pipeline Program Content Director and is designated Flex.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver enablement of new content launches and performance reporting.
- Develop and improve learning materials including, but not limited to, presentations, videos, instructional guides, workflows and FAQs
- Lead live training sessions both in person and virtually
- Produce clear procedures and step-by-step usage documentation
- Manage and maintain team site and keep information organized for stakeholders to learn and engage
- Provide support and guidance to partners and stakeholders through various channels such as office hours and program slack channels
Basic qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or Sales
- 2+ years of experience creating training and enablement materials and documentation for users
- Experience supporting sales teams and helping them adopt new processes and practices
- Experience working independently with minimum supervision
- Experience with collaboration across functional boundaries
Preferred qualifications
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Experience with Sales Engagement Platforms, preferably Outreach.io
- Experience with HighSpot, Skilljar or other learning management systems
- Experience with Google Suite products including Slides, Docs, Sheets, Sites, and Surveys
- Experience authoring effective sales messaging
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a SaaS environment
- Experience working cross functionally, across multiple projects and channels in a global organization
- Resilient and resourceful when solving complex problems
- Demonstrates critical analysis coupled with a proactive and positive approach
- Experience influencing without authority in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
