This position is an individual contributor, reports to Engineering Manager and is designated as Flex (Hybrid).

Position Summary
DocuSign’s engineering organization is looking to hire a passionate and hands-on Software Engineer in Test to join our Agile engineering team in Issy Les Moulineaux.
In this role you can have a direct impact on the most visible and crucial product in the company (Traceability, Identity and Signature).

Responsibilities

• Write automation code to fully test the system end-to-end and help build out the framework
• Work on multiple projects and features
• Work closely with developer teams to identify tests cases and define a test strategy
• Evangelize automation and assist other QA team members through mentorship, tutorials, and writing scripts to speed up their manual testing efforts
• Analyse test scenarios and propose new/different non-personal transaction data to allow tracing & error analysis, and monitor use & improvement points in the code

Basic Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science
• Extensive development experience
• Domain on one scripting language (preferably Ruby) and familiarity with one object oriented languages (Java, C#...)
• Substantial experience with modern Web/API testing methods
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies including monitoring, triaging, debugging, automating, and testing
• Experience in writing automation tests for Web/API
• Great oral/written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile methods
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, prioritize your work and manage your time
• Experience with continuous integration systems
• Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions
• Experience with Selenium or other test case automation systems
• Intellectual curiosity
