The team
Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. This position
As a Senior Enablement Manager - CLM GTM Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for ensuring the Global CLM Sales teams are equipped with the content and skills to manage their territory, account planning and deal execution. You are passionate about sales, sales methodologies and processes, and thrive on helping others succeed. In this highly dynamic role, you will be equal parts program manager, content developer, facilitator and Enablement business partner to the Global CLM Sales organization. This role plays a critical part in supporting the Global Sales team to achieve its goals and ensuring the Enablement team meets the needs of the business.

We ensure that every member of the Field team has the skills, knowledge, process expertise and content to maximize every prospect and customer interaction in the most productive way possible. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Field Readiness and is designated Flex.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the sales enablement needs through collaboration with leaders and individual contributors across the different segments and roles (ie: Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Renewal Managers, xDR)
- Collaborate closely with peers on the global enablement team to maximize the impact of global enablement programs by ensuring they are relevant and driving adoption
- Provide recommendations for scalable sales enablement focused programs
- Develop and deliver regional sales enablement programs to address needs not covered by global enablement programs, while aligning to global standards
- Partner with select senior Sales Leaders as their strategic Enablement business partner to conduct needs assessments, promote Enablement initiatives and collaborate with the wider Enablement team to address those needs
- Partner with the global enablement team to continuously provide feedback and contribute to the global sales enablement programs
- Manage sales enablement program logistics from start to finish for the global CLM Sales organization, partnering cross-functionally with global sales enablement teams
- Deliver sessions focused on key sales processes and skills such as discovery, negotiation, deal execution, territory and account planning
- Develop a thorough understanding of the different segments you are supporting and adjust content and deliverables accordingly
- Write communications, plans, and draft other internal content related to the sales skills program
- Define, measure and communicate program success metrics
Basic qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B SaaS direct sales role or in a Sales Enablement role
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes, including territory and account planning, coordinated team selling, negotiation and deal closing
- Demonstrated ability to act as a consultant, including skills to probe for understanding, identify issues and opportunities, suggest win-win resolutions
- Experience selling or enabling Contract Lifecycle Management software solutions
- Experience managing end-to-end enablement programs
- Experience facilitating workshops and delivering presentations
- Experience managing programs
- Experience using authoring tools (ie: Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia)
- Experience working with content management systems (ie: Showpad, Highspot. Seismic) and learning management systems (ie: BrainShark, MindTickle, Docebo, SkillJar)

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes stressful environment on cross-functional projects across multiple teams
Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $118,200 - $146,800 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
