This position
The Incubation Team is looking for a Software Engineer – full stack, to help us create new value for our biggest customers. We work closely with customers throughout the development process, starting with proof of concept to the V1 release of new features and products. We are looking for a motivated engineer that can work well with customers and build flexible, scalable and secure software to meet their needs. You will help design solutions for customers and collaborate with our leaders to deliver awesome new features and products.
This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering and is designated Flex.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on design and implementation with the customer, ensuring we are meeting their needs
- Collaborate on design and implementation with other engineers on the team, to ensure new features and products will work well with the existing DocuSign platform
- Deploy, manage and monitor new features to verify they execute in high scale, with five 9s of availability and fault tolerance
- Deliver new customer value every week
- Support investigation and solving new design requests as needed
Basic qualifications
- 12+ years industry experience in software engineering
- 12+ years professional experience building complex, scalable web applications
- Experience with MS Stack (C#, SQL, Server, etc.)
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- SaaS or Cloud experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience shipping products that utilize Salesforce
- Knowledge and experience in high scale, highly available (99.99+) systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness and ability to rapidly learn new technologies and tool sets
- MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $150,300 - $186,700 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
