This position
As a Senior Engineering Manager on the CLM Apps team, you will drive execution for several key e2e experiences and components of the CLM application. You will lead a high-performing team of full-stack engineers to deliver toward the DocuSign Agreement Cloud vision. You will partner with the product team and various stakeholders to prioritize & maintain the sprint backlog, adopt best practice processes and be accountable for high-quality deliverables. You should expect to be hands-on when necessary, coach your team to be effective team players, and be an example of a strong collaborator.
This position is a people manager role reporting to Sr. Director Engineering, CLM and is designated Flex.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6-8 engineers in an agile environment
- Build and maintain a set of highly scalable, performant, and high availability services
- Collaborate with the Product & Design teams to deliver great user experiences
- Manage the health of the code base through continuous refactoring and management of technical debt
- Be data-driven and push for making decisions based on telemetry
- Cultivate an open, collaborative, and fun work environment for yourself and your team
- Lead a team of engineers at various stages of their career, actively investing in their growth and development
Basic qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience using object-oriented
methodologies and design patterns - 3+ years of leading engineering teams of 5 or more
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Angular/React
- Experience with SQL Databases, Cassandra, Redis, and Elastic search
- BS degree in CS or equivalent work experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript, C#, and React
- Experience with full-stack SaaS development
Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $147,800 - $208,775 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits at https://www.docusign.com/company/benefits.
