The Team
Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. Our team’s partner with some of the largest most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line. The Position
This is a key and instrumental position in our expanding DACH Enterprise sales operation in Germany and central to our continued success and expansion in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving incremental growth and net new logos with Enterprise companies in the DACH territory and will drive DocuSign’s footprint in the region for years to come. This position reports to the VP EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the DACH Enterprise sales team in creating complex deals that create business value and ROI for the customer
  • Win new DACH Enterprise clients and logos with the support of marketing, sales engineering and business development
  • Design plans to go to market in DACH and build team to deliver to those plans
  • Creating, directing and driving new Enterprise business campaigns for the DACH territory
  • Leading complex customer engagements and winning new DACH Enterprise accounts as a team
  • Increase DocuSign’s footprint in existing DACH Enterprise accounts
  • Successfully navigate within complex existing DACH Enterprise accounts understanding how to successfully cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Leveraging the various internal resources at your disposal (value engineering, pre-sales, marketing, lead generation, support and professional services) to win new business
  • Creating an Enterprise Account Executive talent pool for the sales organization

Basic Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, engineering)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading, growing and managing high performing software Enterprise sales teams in the DACH territory
  • Track record of success in landing and expanding new DACH Enterprise logos
  • Proven track record of over-achievement and attainment
  • Experience in driving C-level / Senior Executive level discussions in large multi-national DACH prospects
  • Clear ability to drive incremental growth from new and existing accounts
  • Proven experience to working with DocuSign Partners and resellers in the DACH region
  • Proven experience in hiring, building and coaching DACH Enterprise sales teams
  • Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans and driving the execution of them
  • Creating and driving strategic and transformational country and regional initiatives
  • Clear understanding of software and or cloud solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, innovative and hyper-growth organization
  • Proven background in driving and accelerating team performance through metric management, dashboards etc.
  • Experience of Salesforce and / or other contact center management systems
  • Working within a complex, matrix driven organization
