This position
In this role, you will be an essential contributor on projects that are key to the company’s success. You will be responsible for ensuring quality of the services, applications, tools, and UI at DocuSign. You will be working with extremely passionate people who care about their customers and want to deliver solutions that improve customer productivity for complex workflows. The right candidate knows how to work in a fast-paced agile environment and brings an aptitude to learn and share.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

• Write test plans and test cases for assigned web features
• Identify incomplete or unclear feature definitions and work with stakeholders to address them
• Review feature specification and design for testability and proposing solutions
• Improve QA efficiency by building new tools and dashboards
• Write maintainable and efficient automated tests within existing test framework using Ruby
• Build a world class automation infrastructure for test automation and CI/CD
• Carry out continuous improvement of regression test assets
• Be a focused results-oriented team member

Basic qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a software organization
• Experience with programming skills in an industry standard programming language (Ruby, JavaScript, c#, Java.)
• Experience in web testing on applications build in React and Node
• Experience with git, continuous integration, and deployment tools

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in building and designing automation framework
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with writing test plans and test cases for assigned features
• Has a passion for testing and test automation of features and products
• Preferably has familiarity with testing on web applications and Node applications
• Knowledge of how to communicate quality metrics during a release cycle
• Preferably has experience with continuous integration systems
• Willingness to assist other QA team members through brainstorming, mentorship and knowledge-sharing
• Experience working on multiple projects and features in tandem
• Experience automating tests
• Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $106,500 - $130,200 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
