The team
Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. Our team partners with some of the largest, most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line.
This position
We are looking for a Sr. Executive Engagement Manager to join our team and continue delivering, evolving, and growing our Executive Engagement Program. This strategic initiative supports our Enterprise Sales teams by furthering C-Suite and other high-level relationships with our most important customers and by managing a motion to support these interactions on an on-going basis.
It is a multi-faceted role for a self-starter with executive maturity and deep business acumen; a strong communicator who can skillfully liaise between our executive leadership team and the sales organization while exuding poise and authority. The ideal candidate also has the necessary project management skills to help us support and execute the future of this important program. This position is a Full-Time role reporting to the Director of Executive Programs and closely collaborating with our Executive Engagement Director on a daily basis.
The mission of Global Field Enablement is to equip our field partners with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need in order to do the work of their lives. Our business requires that Customer Success and Sales field employees consistently position, solution, and enable adoption of our technologies. We help our customers realize the value found at the intersection of our products and their business initiatives. We do this by partnering closely with Field Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Operations to identify, operationalize, and evangelize solution awareness, strategy, tools, and best practices. The Systems Readiness team is focused on equipping our sales and success reps to be efficient and effective at leveraging the process and tools that we provide for them to be successful.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Executive Briefing Center and is designated Flex
Responsibilities
- Support our Executive Engagement Director as we evolve the program
- Identify executive connections within top accounts and leverage expansive network to help materialize sales opportunities
- Drive the operationalization of formal processes to drive consistency and transparency of the program and its impact
- Partner with the sales team to ensure executive briefs are completed accurately and consistently
- Assist with call strategy and key action items
- Participate in forecast calls with sales leadership to identify engagement strategies for strategic customers
- Use analytics to drive actionable insight, action and prioritization
- Communicate the impact of the program to the senior leadership team and other key stakeholders, while also building out reporting structures to capture necessary metrics
- Establish operational rigor to successfully scale and grow the program
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Briefing Center team and act as an advocate of our Executive Briefing Program
- Serve as a highly visible DocuSign ambassador
Basic qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6 years related experience with a Master’s degree

- Experience in partnering with sales teams to build client engagement and familiarity with sales processes
