The team
Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. Our team partners with some of the largest, most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line.
This position
At DocuSign we are passionate about transforming how companies are doing business today – we enable companies to do business faster, quicker and on any device. We are looking for an individual who has a proven record of success in building and driving established Partner relationships with SaaS vendors. You will have a clear understanding of how to develop GTM strategies and execute them in complex and large partner organizations. You will be responsible for developing, prioritizing and executing go-to-market strategies for key alliance partners in the North America region. This role works closely with our sales, business development, product and marketing teams.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and is designated as Flex.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead our partner ecosystem strategy for productivity software and marketplace partnerships, including selection and recruiting of new partners
- Build go-to-market (GTM) plans for key ISV partners through collaboration with an extended cross-functional team
- Work closely with DocuSign product team and partners to promote the development of new partner integrations
- Work with DocuSign marketing team and partners to develop and execute on demand generation campaigns
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop executive relationships with DocuSign and partner executives
- Present partner updates at monthly executive meetings
Basic qualifications
- 8+ years of business development, alliances and sales experience
- Proven experience and success in a partner and alliances role
- Demonstrable ability develop and execute on partner GTM plans
- Strong understanding of cloud requirements in the North America market
- Ability to create Go-To-Market plans and extend these to increase partner-related revenues
- Effective time management, project management and prioritization skills
- Clear thinker, capable of making ambiguous ideas more concrete
Preferred qualifications
- Proven ability to think and work strategically
- Experience working with partner marketplaces (e.g. AppExchange)
- Experience working in partnership with productivity software partnerships
- Relevant experience working with SaaS industry leaders
- Working knowledge of the software and application development processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $115,800 - $163,575 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
