Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. Our team’s partner with some of the largest most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. About This Position
The Regional Enterprise Account Executive is a hybrid role responsible for building Enterprise-level relationships, owning end-to-end deals and collaborating closely with Enterprise Account Executives in driving consultative sales of DocuSign’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution. This role will acquire net-new customers and drive further expansion within current customers in an assigned geography or vertical (Financial Services and Insurance, Public Sector, Healthcare and Life Sciences). The ideal candidate will be curious by nature, a strategic hunter, and possesses strong relationship-building skills.
This position reports to the Area Vice President, Sales - Asia and is designated ‘flex’
Responsibilities
- Drive success of the company’s Contract Lifecycle Management product goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quota
- Cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners (e.g. Salesforce) and various Global and Regional System Integrators to drive pipeline generation
- Qualify sales opportunities utilizing DocuSign’s sales methodology & metrics, to accommodate customer fit and success criteria
- Identify, cultivate, and close on net new CLM business and pick out upsell and cross sell opportunities within assigned accounts across multiple business lines
- Collaborate effectively in Sales Campaigns by leveraging with internal resources (Senior Executives, Presales, Professional Services, Legal etc.)
- Cooperate with peers on DocuSign’s key partners to deliver joint value propositions
- Make proper use of sales tools to accurately forecast sales activities and revenue achievements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or its equivalent
- 10 - 15 years of enterprise level sales experience
- 3 - 5 years in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software solutions experience, either in direct sales, pre-sales, or customer success capacity
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple large accounts and closing complex sales-cycles amounting to million-dollar deals
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel 15% or more (depending on business needs)
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 years of enterprise level sales experience in SaaS; ideally within cloud-based technology
- 5 years similar capacity in Contract Lifecycle Management software
- Demonstrated ability as Top 15% quota achiever in past positions
- Strong portfolio of C-Level contacts within Enterprise Domain across a variety of accounts
- Domain expertise within Financial Services and Insurance, Public Sector, Healthcare and Life Sciences
- Familiarity with Google suite
