Momentum 2018: Packing List + Know Before You Go

One of our annual Momentum traditions is putting together a checklist attendees can use to get the very most out of the business acceleration event of the year.  From the most basic of physical possessions to less obvious agenda planning tricks, here are our recommendations.

The Virtual

Agenda: If you’re looking to fine-tune your Momentum 2018 session schedule be sure to research the 75 breakout sessions we have available across three tracks:

DocuSign Events App: If you’ve been to Momentum before, you know that historically, much of the day is spent darting from session to session and networking on your feet. There’s no better way to navigate the business acceleration event of the year than through the official DocuSign Events app. This complimentary tool provides a comprehensive overview of the conference: Real-time notifications, a private messaging function, maps of the venue, and more are all at your fingertips.

Business cards: Technically we shouldn’t be condoning the use of paper, but considering what a good networking opportunity Momentum is, we’ll make an exception for the traditional business card. That said — while paper business cards are okay, virtual ones are even better:Try bVcard, which allows you to create a downloadable, shareable business card in minutes.

The Physical

Take Charge: We’ve all been there: Your device’s battery is rapidly dwindling with no charger in sight. Anyone who has been to Momentum knows outlets get snapped up pretty quickly — so we recommend bringing at least one external charger.

Party garb: It may be business during the day, but with The Party, featuring dining, dancing, and musical guest Michael Franti & Spearhead, we recommend bringing your best festive getup.

Water bottle: Networking, learning, imagining, inspiring, and hitting session after session is hard work — Remember to stay hydrated!
