Microsoft’s Senior IT Program Manager Reports Annual Savings of Millions Using DocuSign

Microsoft’s use of DocuSign has increased rapidly during the last few years. With the help of DocuSign’s Customer Success Architects (CSAs), DocuSign use cases dot Microsoft’s internal landscape and today total more than 250. Brian Giuliani, Senior IT Program Manager at Microsoft, says, “DocuSign is a key player in helping us be able to function as an organization… Since we’ve adopted DocuSign as our digital signing solution, we’ve actually saved on average about $17 per envelope, which over a year translates to between $4 and $6 million in shipping costs.”
