Virtual Event: Helping Your Small Business Move Forward

As small businesses begin to emerge into “the new normal,” many are finding a need to reimagine how they conduct business, with better communication, more collaboration, and the right digital tools. We’re committed to supporting the small business community to help address their emerging needs for tomorrow.

Watch our on-demand, virtual event DocuSign Presents: Helping Your Small Business Move Forward to catch up on best practices from small businesses that are successfully using DocuSign solutions to meet the needs of today’s remote atmosphere, while also reducing costs and saving time.

In this special 45-minute virtual event, you’ll hear from DocuSign CEO Dan Springer and see what’s working from leaders at NanaWall, Heart-Centered Counseling, and Integrated Biometrics. You’ll also walk away with a better understanding of how DocuSign products can help small businesses, as well as tangible examples of how peers are overcoming current challenges.

You’ll hear from:

  • Carl Nassar, President of Heart-Centered Counseling. Heart Center needed a way to standardize their patient intake process with consistent HIPAA-compliant forms. Heart Center now uses DocuSign eSignature templates to streamline the patient intake process; they’ve also been able to meet the increased demand during the COVID-19 pandemic, while staying compliant.
  • David Gerluski, Executive Vice President, Integrated Biometrics. Integrated Biometrics implemented DocuSign for Salesforce CPQ to digitize their quoting and purchase order process. Prior to the implementation, they faced delays in their order process while chasing down approvals and matching everything to the customer record. Now, every time one of their sales reps sends a quote, they’re able to keep track of approvals and signatures in one place.
  • Joe Rapolla, Sales & Marketing Operations Manager, NanaWall. NanaWall, a manufacturer of glass wall systems, successfully deployed DocuSign Gen for their American Institute of Architects and Interior Design course certification webinars, attended by 400+ specialty contractors. They also leveraged DocuSign and Salesforce CPQ to build a custom mobile app to allow customer signatures on order agreements and “drawings” of their sliding doors. They also recently implemented DocuSign Click to easily and securely capture consent to terms-and-conditions as design professionals sign up to use their new online configuration tool.

Let’s move forward together - no matter what, no matter where. Join us for DocuSign Presents: Helping Your Small Business Move Forward.
