US Paid Parental Leave
New parents who have or adopt a child during their DocuSign employment can take up to six months of Paid Parental Leave to bond with a new child as a primary caregiver or up to two months of leave as a non-primary caregiver.
Support for nursing moms
In addition, when returning to work, DocuSign’s offices have designated mother’s rooms for nursing moms. For traveling moms, DocuSign offers a milk delivery service to allow mothers to continue to breastfeed their baby while traveling for work.
Caregiver support
DocuSign provides back-up childcare and back-up adult care through a third-party for employees who are responsible for the care of others. Employees also have access to a caregiver platform to find ongoing care for their loved ones.
Wellness Reimbursement Program
Through DocuSign’s Wellness Reimbursement Program eligible employees receive $50 USD monthly to use toward the cost of a wide variety of wellness-related activities. These include gym/fitness memberships, yoga classes, fitness equipment purchases, personal enrichment activities and many other products and services.
Emotional and Mental Wellness program
DocuSign’s confidential Emotional and Mental Wellness Program offers free therapy sessions, coaching, wellness and mindfulness exercises, and care navigation to our employees and their dependents.
Giving back
DocuSign is committed to supporting charitable organizations in the communities in which we live, work and play. DocuSign’s Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program provides employees with 24 hours of paid time off to serve the nonprofit organization of their choice. In addition, through our new Matching Gifts Program, employee donations to nonprofit organizations qualify for a matching contribution from DocuSign.
