ID CHECK INPERSON FOR QES ATTACHMENT for DOCUSIGN SIGNATURE
Service Attachment revision date: August 27, 2018.
This ID Check InPerson for QES Attachment for DocuSign Signature (“Service Attachment”) sets forth the terms and conditions for the Service and is made part of the Service Schedule for DocuSign Signature. The terms of this Service Attachment are limited to the scope of the Service and are not applicable to any other Service Schedules or DocuSign Services. Unless otherwise defined in this Service Attachment, capitalized terms will have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.
1. DEFINITIONS
“DocuSign Signature” means DocuSign’s on-demand electronic signature service, which provides online display, certified delivery, acknowledgement, electronic signature, and storage services for eDocuments via the Internet.
“QES Agreement” means the Service Agreement for ID Check InPerson for QES between Customer and DocuSign France SAS, an Affiliate of DocuSign.
“ID Check InPerson for QES” (or “Service”) means the DocuSign ID Check InPerson for QES service which provides (i) qualified electronic signature under the meaning of European Regulation 910/2014, (ii) RA online interface and (iii) evidence storage services. The Service is accessible via DocuSign Signature.
2. DOCUSIGN ID CHECK IN PERSON FOR QES
2.1 Customer shall, prior to the use of the Service, execute a QES Agreement which sets forth the service-specific terms and conditions applicable to the QES Service.
2.2 During the Term, and subject to (a) the execution of a QES Agreement and (b) compliance with the terms and conditions of this Service Attachment and the QES Agreement, Customer will have the limited right to send eDocuments to Signers to be signed with the QES Service via DocuSign Signature.
