DRA Authorized Representative List

Appendix revision date: March 1, 2018. Unless otherwise defined in this Appendix or in an applicable Attachment related to the Certificate type(s) procured by the Customer, capitalized terms will have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.

This Appendix documents the Authorized Representative(s) of the Delegated Registration Authority (“DRA”) as of the date Customer signs an Order Form.

  1. Rights. The Authorized Representatives designated by the DRA herein may: (a) Designate a DRA Central Operator at any time during the Agreement; and (b) Sign Certificate Requests where any Customer employee (such as a DRA Central Operator) is the Certificate Holder.
  2. Responsibility The Authorized Representatives designated by the DRA herein shall promptly inform DocuSign France about: (a) cancellation of any DRA Central Operator designation; and (b) any change with regards to any DRA Central Operator details by providing updated information using the appropriate DocuSign France procedure and Form.
  3. DRA Authorized Representatives. The individuals listed in the table below are designated as Authorized Representatives of the DRA.

Note: In the case of Qualified certificates, the signature on the Certificate Request exclusively requires authentication using SMS.

  1. List of Central Operator’s Management. A new DRA Authorized Representative can be designated at any time during the Agreement duration by any active DRA Authorized Representative. The Customer shall inform DocuSign France of any change within the DRA Authorized Representative list (contact details or cancellation).
