At Partner Day, part of our annual customer conference, Momentum, DocuSign announced our Partner of the Year awards to recognize our partners who are combining their innovative solutions with DocuSign technology to deliver customer value. 

The DocuSign Agreement Cloud helps organizations transform the agreement process. Because agreements touch almost every business process, our broad and diverse partner ecosystem helps customers connect agreements to all of the systems where work gets done.

The Partner of the Year awards are distributed by region (North America and EMEA) across three different partner types:

  • DocuSign Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) - Our award winners embedded DocuSign as a feature within their product(s) driving significant value and enhancing customer user experience.
  • DocuSign System Integrators (SI) - Our award winners provided above and beyond advisory and software implementation services to customers. They met or exceeded requirements for ASV, services, and high-quality customer satisfaction scores.
  • DocuSign Resellers - Resellers buy products directly from DocuSign before selling them to customers. Award winners consistently demonstrated their commitment to DocuSign across all areas of their business and target market.

Strategic ISV Partner of the Year

Salesforce (North America)

For more than a decade, Salesforce has been a critical partner (and customer) to DocuSign. In the last year, we expanded our partnership by investing in new integrations to better support customers using Salesforce Customer 360 and DocuSign Agreement Cloud technologies. We're excited about what we've delivered together and look forward to much more innovation to come.

SAP (EMEA)

SAP has been a strategic partner with DocuSign since 2016 with integrations to SuccessFactors, Ariba, and CX. We jointly service hundreds of customers globally with many of those customers residing in EMEA. We are looking forward to expanding our partnership in 2022 with SAP in EMEA and across the globe.

Growth ISV Partner of the Year

Zoom (North America)

In-person experiences have been completely transformed, where possible, shifting to remote experiences. In the anywhere economy, employees, clients, and partners all now expect to be able to conduct business no matter where they are. DocuSign eSignature for Zoom is a great example of how technology can come together and be and be adaptable to meet our customers' changing needs. We are excited about our partnership with Zoom to make it even easier to complete agreements from anywhere and look forward to the coming year.

Septeo (EMEA)

As the European leader of legal tech companies, Septeo deploys its know-how among 120,000 users in France and worldwide. Septeo has more than 1500 employees worldwide: France, Belgium, Tunisia, Canada, the United States, Dubai. Septeo provides DocuSign eSignature through their API integration. 

Strategic System Integrator Partner of the Year

Spaulding Ridge (North America) 

In 2021 Spaulding Ridge grew their business and achieved the highest standards and customer satisfaction scores. Our surveys show that our mutual customers love their work and have expanded their investment in DocuSign’s technology. We're so pleased to partner with Spaulding Ridge, which exclusively recommends DocuSign as their solution of choice.

Wipro (EMEA)

Wipro is DocuSign's EMEA Strategic SI partner of the Year.  Wipro has been our largest DocuSign partner in EMEA since the SpringCM acquisition and they are still going strong with several key wins and large DAC deployments. Wipro achieved high standards and CSAT scores across a number of independently delivered projects. Wipro has grown in EMEA with DocuSign Agreement Cloud and continues to grow their specific DAC practice to deliver on great Enterprise logos across the globe.

Deloitte (North America)

Deloitte solves their client's most complex business problems with offerings across Digital Transformation, Legal Business Services, Customers & Markets, Supply Management and Human Capital. Deloitte continues to demonstrate their commitment to DocuSign and the DAC platform through investment to build technology-enabled solutions that include the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to impact and drive client success.

SYKE (EMEA)

SYKE achieved the maximum partner score of all system integration partners in EMEA along with fantastic customer feedback that shows that our mutual customers love working with SYKE.  SYKE has a track record of helping large, complex organizations choose, buy and implement DocuSign CLM and DAC with expert teams across the globe, with a strong understanding of legal technology, legal transformation, and the DocuSign Agreement Cloud.

Strategic Reseller Partner of the Year

Insight Direct (North America)

Insight is our strategic reseller of the year in terms of continued commitment to ongoing engagements with DocuSign commercial and public sector sales teams. 

Crayon (EMEA)

Due to their daily collaboration and engagement, they have been able to gain the trust of DocuSign's teams and have enabled them to win more important deals in various industries, ranging from luxury to the French public sector. With an expansion of their teams and offices across the globe, we are confident and excited about the future of our partnership.

Growth Reseller Partner of the Year

SHI (North America)

SHI is our growth reseller of the year in terms of partner revenue and customer growth. SHI's strong presence in the market has positively impacted our mutual customers by making DocuSign simple to purchase. SHI continues to be an integral part of our reseller channel with their commitment to providing innovative solutions.

QBS Software (EMEA)

Since 2019 QBS has been instrumental in the launch of the public sector strategy in the UK, helping DocuSign to engage with some of the biggest VAR's in that space. QBS shares our passion for sustainability and the environment by becoming the first net carbon neutral distributor in the UK.
